Conditions of sale

Our kennel "Russtyle's du Vallon de l'Alba" is a jack russell terrier breeding officially declared by a French regulations as an agricultural company with a professional number SIREN, contributing to the MSA (agriculture social security) and paying profit taxes.

All our producers and their offspring are exclusively purebred dogs, registered in the French Book of Origins (LOF) by French Central Canin Society - SCC https://www.centrale-canine.fr and so they have official documents proving their genealogies: Birth Certificate, French Pedigree of Reproducer or Export Pedigree). They are all passed confirmation at age over 12 months (an official exam with a SCC Judge that gives permission to be used in the pure breeding LOF). All our producers passing health testing prior to breeding by DNA: DM, LOA, PLL, manual test for patellar luxation and have a DNA passeport.​

Each puppy sold by us, will be microchipped, registered with the LOF with a birth certificate or an export pedigree, vaccinated & dewormed by age, with an European veterinary passport and accompanied by a sale contract, a certificate of a good health issued by veterinarian after consultation visit.

Our puppies up to the age of 9 months are sold exclusively as pet puppies. For foreign breeders there is a possibility of reproduction if mentioned in the contract, but always without any guarantee of quality for reproduction or dog shows. Export pedigree issued and sent once by Chronopost to a buyer by our expenses, any other time or company, all duplicates need to be paid by the buyer.

Our babies travel all over the world! No destination is impossible! From France to the international, we travel personally with our puppies to accompany them in their new families in full security and minimum stress. All travel costs will be calculated on request, depending on the point of arrival as well as time & difficulty of the travel. Closest airports to us it is Nantes Loire Atlantique (1-15H drive without traffic) or Rennes Bretagne (45 minutes drive without traffic). You also can arrive to pick up your puppy in France (airport, train station or at kennel) and we will help you to organise trip and to prepare all puppy's paperwork for his departure. For UK it is impossible to enter by plane or train with a dog, so we meet all future owners on the French side of the border for ferries or tunnel. Attention, for USA and other countries requesting an age of departure over 4 months we are in obligation to ask for boarding fees. All specialized health testing requirements (rabies titres for example) to enter to your country also must be paid by the buyer.

For some countries, like Australia, who does not allow us to accompany them - we work with the company "Bagages du Monde" based at Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport managed by professional agents and in the best conditions.

It is the sanitary requests of the destination country that determines the age of departure of the puppies:

For France and Switzerland puppies leave home at the age of 10 weeks

For all other European Union countries 3 months and 21 days

For UK from 3 months and 30 days

For the United States the minimum age requested today by CDC is 6 months.

We already have our puppies in almost all States of USA from Alaska to Florida, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, Australia, Singapour, Kuwait, Thailand, Hong-Kong, Morocco, United Kingdom, Scotland, Russia, Danemark, Norway, Italy, Switzerland, Romania, Poland, Austria, Estonia, Belgium, Finland and etc. 
 

The prices of our puppies are fixed, negotiations are not possible! Payments accepted by bank transfer, PayPal business or cash if departure from the kennel. Cheques are no longer accepted. No puppy leaves the house without full payment arriving in our bank account. We don't hold puppies without a reservation of at least 50% of it's price.

Live visits are possible, but only by appointment after a telephone exchange with future adopters.
